Whoever got the (my!) APC brown plaid sack (potato sack, according to my Mr) dress, enjoy... in my mind, it was already mine. :(

oh i'm so sorry about your dress. recently at the vintage store i work at i had just discovered the PERFECT raincoat (bright green plastic with a giant hood, rolled sleeves, and a blue interior with little white boats) and some girl i kind of know from school bought it before i did! i though i was going to cry as i rang her up.
on a lighter note, i love those shoes and socks together.

i'm so sorry about your dress, how disappointing :( but i'm sure you take much better pictures than they do! i love the last one especially, the three sections with the pretty lace (umbie?) and water is so pretty.
You MUST get onto Bidnapper! Without that aid of that invention there would be many tears around here. Especially beautiful photography today.
I always miss out on things on eBay by 1-2 dollars too. It's so frustrating (especially when you stop bidding because you're sticking to a budget but could so easily spare $2)!
But if it's any consolation, the photo of you in the silk top is just beautiful :)

We've all experienced that awful ebay loss at one time or another, good luck working through yours.
Mine was with a flower-printed 1960's sundress, I was outbid in the last 1 minute by $1 and was too slow to react!
You're very beautiful, and "your" dress will never look the same on them. Just hope that it doesn't fit them and it's back on ebay in the next month!
