blue floral dress

Summer is still lingering here, and Autumn clothes are just going to have to wait. I like this blue floral dress (the pattern has a name, but my mind's gone blank!) even more than I expected too. I really like this particular '80s does '40s shape. Rather than the usual enormous '80s shoulder pads, it uses tiny little ones, just in the puff of the sleeve, and it's fitted around the body with a nice amount of darted volume at bust height, front and back. The sleeves are neat too; no flapping about here. I was going to shorten it a little, but I like it as is. Good with red shoes, red lipstick... and my new red bag.

You really are gorgeous. You look so striking and can puill off any hair color.
That pattern name is escaping ym mind as well, never the less it's a gorgeous dress.
You really do remind me of a mixture of Amy Adams and Scarlett Johansson. Prettier though because you look like such a perfect blend of the two while still looking unique.

What a perfectly glam outfit! The dress suits you down to a tee, and oh my, how much do i want those shoes?!
My shoes weren't unfortunately Remixes, they were Rocket Originals. I still need to buy some Remixes as soon as i can afford a pair! xx

Lady, your heels are fierce! And that dress is so pretty, I love the 40's shape with super hot platform pumps. I kinda can't wait to see how you dress up your other super fierce platform shoes (the black ankle boots!)

Enjoy the lingering warm summer days. I can't wait for summer to start around here!
