at the butterfly club

bucl d

As I mentioned, the show in the post below was at the Butterfly Club, a bar in South Melbourne. I really like it there. It's full of... just stuff, this old Victorian house full of stuff. It's a bit like the kind of house I'd like to live in, some of the time. Ghosts in the attic?

Oh I love it! The decorations and furniture are so cozy, I'd love to spend time there! :) But unfortunately, Australia is a bit far away...

I won't lie, I thought you were a ghost when scrolling down! The butterfly club does burlesque shoes too, doesn't it? I want to check it out someday!

Love this post and bar! You look like a character in a mystery novel. I'd love to live in a Victorian looking, slightly surreal house as well. xx

oh the memories you just brought back with these photos - put a little smirk on my dial! Hubby and I lived in Melb for 4 years and our first venture into the Butterfly Club had us wondering if we'd stumbled into someones home by mistake. Such a quirky, offbeat little place. We had such a fun night - ahh memories aren't they the best?
