green polka dots and a party

green dots rubi i
green polka dot dress, belt : opshops
floral wedges : betts
pink flower : sportsgirl
cardigan : forever new (getting old)
bag : mimco (which reminds me, I must get a lighter one for summer)
bangle : lovisa
lipstick : MAC girl about town

Last night I had the pleasure of attending a party for Rubi shoes on Flinders Lane. I didn't know much about the label before I went, and was surprised at the number of shoes that were really very tempting. Obviously any form of fast fashion is going to bring up questions of ethics but if you can toe a neat line through it all you are doing better than me! Definitely a thought for another time. Now we are going to look at pictures of the night. Accessible shoe heaven! There was a black pair of tbar platform heels that I might just have to go back and get. x ps thanks to John for taking the photos of me!

Delicious cocktails, good company, purdy shoes – definitely not a bad way to spend an evening in Melbourne...

Eeep those shoes do look pretty tempting! But that's the problem with the Rubi shoes brand - great looking shoes, not so great quality. I'd definitely buy their shoes more often if I could get at least a years worth of wear out of them...

That said, I really love the way you've spiced up that lovely dress with the big red flower :) :)

What a lovely outfit! The green suits you really well!
I actually have a question. I´m going to dye my hair dark and I was wondering what coloration you use, because for me, you have the perfect black:D

best,
