warm winter saturdays and vintage cotton skirts

Yesterday (Saturday) was soooo good. It started off warm, too, and so I decided to wear my new-ish-to-me vintage cotton skirt. I love this 1950s cotton print skirt – the blue flowers with the orange and browns is a new favourite! Of course the warm sunshine couldn't last, but before we got too cold we bought two new vintage book cases and a 1950's dinner table and chairs set; we weren't expecting it but sometimes when you see the perfect thing you have to get it straight away! That's a lesson I learned the hard way this week already. There was a great jumper. It's now someone elses. Never mind!

ps I interrupted important posing with the pointing – I'd just seen a cat! And pointing is the natural response to cat spotting. Happy Sunday! x

Love it1 I love orangy colors and this combo is so perfect.
I especially love the bag <3

I just can't believe that in London you have to wear a scarf and here in Sarajevo it's so hot that even walkin naked woud feel hot!!

Love that skirt!!! And about the cat-pointing; My hand reacts in exactly the same way when I spot a cat. I wonder if there is a natural explanation to this - or if we're just crazy cat-ladies?! ;) xox

Loving the socks.

I am currently obsessed with orange cardigans (I realise yours is a jumper). I own two (different brands, but really, they look teh same) and I almost bought a third because it was hal;f price the other day. Who needs three bright orange cardigans?

mimi: it's from sportsgirl, and I think they should still have some as I only got it maybe less than two months ago :) Oops, I forgot the outfit details again! My bad, that's what happens when I do late night posting! ;)

Miss Tallulah Porkchop: I totally need more orange cardigans! This one is a cardi, just hiding the buttons under the scarf. I think three is a good, sensible number! :D x

This outfit is soooo, sooo gorgeous! I also point at cats slightly excitedly, though it gets no response - my husband usually just rolls his eyes.
