black florals, autumn and pale pale blue

black floral blue j What I wore last Sunday, when I took my newly blued hair out. A vintage black floral dress, blue-grey stockings and tan shoes. It wasn't cold enough to actually need the stockings but I was so excited about the fact it was under 30C that I couldn't not wear them. black floral blue a black floral blue d See how us bloggers learn to pose with the wind... black floral blue g ... ok yeah well some of the time. black floral blue b It was pretty windy, so the challenge was there..! black floral blue f I wasn't sure how I'd like the pale blue hair when I first did it, but I have to say, I LOVE it. Now I really look forward to having it this super-pale shade, and a little more blue, too, which it is now. Of course, life can be so cruel with timing, and my freshly blonded roots of the past two weeks haven't been enjoyed to the full – damn you, 'flu! – but hey, there'll be fresh colour times again and my hair will be that much longer. Now, I'm really looking forward to curling my hair again. And keeping on growing it a bit more, too, although it needs a good cut along the way. It's almost there! Soooo excited for long soft curls again! black floral blue i black floral blue h black floral blue c

I love the whole look! I'm normally not a fan of the colored hair look, (especially hot pink), but I really do like it! It's subtle and that is great! Cute dress too!

That dress is divine -so girly and pretty! It does look a bit dangerous in the wind though. Your new pale blue hair is adorable too.

I wear stockings (generally nude with a nude or black seam and Cuban heel) pretty much all year round (I'll go barefoot, don't get me wrong, I just love wearing seamed stockings :) ), but rarely bring out tights until the first whispers of autumn return, too.

Lovely ensemble and pale blue hair - that seems like such a great colour to transition into a new season with.

Wishing you a beautiful start of April!
