evening red

red-nails-red-lips d The classic: red lipstick, red nails. It seems like it's dark whenever I am about to go out at the moment but I am not complaining one bit! I took these getting ready last week and ran out of time to do an outfit post proper, but I really liked the colours that resulted from the last of the light as we slipped from day into evening. There is something almost technicolor about them and I love that! red-nails-red-lips b

These came out really lovely! I'll always wear red nails, but I have yet to find a shade of red to suit me.

I love these shots, and I loooooove Besame - they are my favourite lipsticks!

Miss Louise : it's Carmine by Besame, a lovely orange-y red :)

Danielle : I truly believe there's one for everybody!

Anonymous Elke : I upped the red a bit with selective colour but it was already really popping when I took them – the light was weird and amazing :)

Incendiary Blonde: thanks! And they are so good, and I'm so glad – I was worried I wouldn't like them but I do! x

I love Besame makeup! Have you tried the cheek stain/blush? It's the best. These are cool photos.

Stunningly photographs - there is a distinct sort of cinematographic quality to them that is off-the-charts gorgeous.
