bringing the boutique home with you: twinings giveaway!

twinings-premium g twinings-premium rSponsored by Nuffnang

When Twinings asked if I wanted to try their new Pyramid Infuser range, of course I said yes. I drink tea (Twinings, if you must know!) (yes seriously) every single day. Coffee first thing in the morning followed by a tea chaser. And then tea throughout the day.

It is important!

This new Twinings Pyramid Infuser range (RRP $6.39 for 16 Pyramid Infusers) has 2 black teas, 2 Infusions and 1 green tea, in five blends: English Morning, Vintage Earl Gray, Fragrant Green Jasmine, Cottage Mint Leaves, and Honeycomb Camomile Buds. These large leaf teas come in silk-like pyramid bags, to allow the leaves room to breathe when they are steeping. I wouldn’t have thought of that myself but I’ll go with it! These premium teas aim to provide a boutique Twinings experience at home.

twinings-premium k I like my tea fairly simple, and usually like plain breakfast teas, Earl Grays, and then sometimes smokier flavours like Russian Caravan. So, of this range, my pick is the Brisk English Morning and Vintage Earl Gray package. twinings-premium l twinings-premium m twinings-premium n twinings-premium i twinings-premium h twinings-premium o twinings-premium f l like how there is a story about the tea on the back of the box.

I took a moment (ok, a loooong one) to “bring the boutique home with me” and enjoy a tea at my desk. I had the Vintage Earl Grey, used some nice vintage china, and it was absolutely lovely. Nice and distinct and fresh without being overpowering. Nice nice. twinings-premium e twinings-premium d twinings-premium c twinings-premium b To celebrate the new range, I am having a giveaway!

You can win:

• 1 x teapot with white cosy
• 1 x small tea chest
• 1 x Fleurs Birds mug
• 2 x sample boxes of Twinings Pyramid Infuser range

Just tell me: Which blend in the Twinings Pyramid Infuser range would you most like to try, and how do you bring the boutique home with you?

Just leave your answer in the comments along with an email address. Terms and conditions here. The giveaway ends on Thursday 19 September at 5pm. Good luck! twinings-premium a

I love your vintage teacup!

I would most like to try the Honeycomb Camomile Buds. There is nothing like a nice cup of Camomile when you are tired, a little sad and achy after a long week. It instantly relaxes me and makes me think of the oatmeal and Camomile baths my mum used to give us as kids when we were sick.

In terms of brining the boutique home with me? Would I be crazy in double-dosing on Camomile in the bath with a little 'Of Monsters and Men' in the background? Yes? God, I feel so old!

Honeycomb Camomile is a new one for me that I'm eager to explore, especially if it relaxes me at bedtime!

A boutique home is easily achieved... lots of fresh flowers!

I love tea! Well, now that that's off my chest, the one I would like to try most right now is the Fragrant Green Jasmine tea... because, to me, it just sounds so tantalising.
I have a small collection of vintage tea cup sets (which will grow!) and never drink tea out of anything but these lovely thin-as-paper, flowery, gold trimmed tea cups. And always with matching saucer, of course.

Earl Grey for me! I am a new tea drinker - and am a fan of pretty much all flavours - but like complex and flavoursome ones with lots of spice or florals. mmmm

Mmmm, all of the flavours sound so yummy, but I think my preference would be the vintage Earl Grey. I'm a big-time tea drinker, but traditional flavours like Earl Grey appeal to me the most.

To bring the boutique home with me, I'd brew the tea in my finest china: a Japanese tea set given to me by my grandmother. I'd enjoy it while lounging in the sunniest corner of my bedroom with a juicy book.

Mmmm, Vintage Earl Grey!! One of my favourites! It is such a nice flavour, especially when paired with vanilla cupcakes with rose buttercream icing.
I have just redone my kitchen so I have the boutique look of a vintage tea shop with all my teacups and pots on display with my vintage white and mushroom brown coloured cabinetry. I look forward to coming home from work each day to drink a cup of tea in the sunshine. xx

What a lovely giveaway! Tea is one of my most favourite things. I couldn't be without it! I like to 'bring the boutique home' by having some good quality tea brewed to perfection in my favourite vintage teacup! (If I really want to indulge there will also be a piece of homemade slice nearby!) All of the flavours sound delicious, but I particularly would love to try 'Cottage Mint Leaves'. The name is just so cute! xx

I would love to try the Cottage mint... I'm a mint tea addict. I could drink litres of it a day!

I bring the bouquet home by taking a 15 minute time out on the porch each day to drink my tea. pure bliss now the sun has come out to play!

Lovely giveaway!

I really love the photos in this post of yours! (especially Babycat playing with the cup)
I'd most like to try the Honeycomb Camomile Buds. I've always shied away from Camomile considering it a bit too "medicinal" for me, a little bit too meek compared to it's darker, more mysterious friends. But the hint of honeycomb sounds decadent as well as comforting, perfect for a quiet night in or a midsummer night's eve before the madness starts.

I bring the bouquet home by having some tea when I get home which recharges me so that I can take my very loved dogs out for a walk!

Cottage Mint Leaves would be wonderful as herbal tea relaxes me and makes me happy!

English Morning for me! I adore tea - particularly leaf tea but for Twining's I would try the bags. My usual tea tipple is a blend of Twining's English Breakfast with Russian Caravan or, if I can get it, Lapsang Souchong. Preferably in a pretty cup and saucer.

To create the boutique experience at home I love to use the gorgeous teacups handed down from my great-grandmother. Add a vintage silver teaspoon, and a cupcake on the co-ordinating tea plate (eaten delicately with matching cake fork of course) and you have my perfect afternoon indulgence...

Mmmm....Cottage Mint for me! I bring the boutique home by sitting on my back verandah with no distractions - no tv, phone, or radio. I sit with my fur baby, a vintage tea cup ( of course) & force myself to just sit quietly & enjoy the moment. Time for me.

I would love to try the Honeycomb Camomile Buds blend!
I 'bring the boutique home' with me by writing. I have an old writing desk, which I place my tea pot and cup near and I write. Be it journaling or story writing, drinking tea helps me become centred in the moment and revisit or create memories and thoughts through words. Touches of vintage decadence always help- wearing embroidered kimonos, writing on a desk that holds many a secrets, sipping from pre-loved fine china. But the actual tea and blend/flavour you choose soothes and inspires; it brings back memories linked to its taste and helps you realise that whatever finery you have around you, bringing the boutique home- or anywhere else- comes from a place within. And tea instantly takes me to that place.

Thank you for this wonderful giveaway! :)

Yum! I would love to try these and have a little break from brewing the loose leaf stuff - which can be messy stuff! Since I like my tea with mint, I think the Cottage Mint flavor would be right my alley :D

I would bring the boutique home by having a minty flavored cup of tea and painting my nails a nice shade of mint - Essie's 'Absolutely Shore' nail polish which is my favorite at the moment :3

I love tea! My favourite Would be the English Breakfast, though the Jasmine and Chamomile ones sound lovely. I bring the boutique home by having tea in the loungeroom and setting up the coffe table with my quilted silk table runner and my mix of vintage and modern tea cups and saucers while listening to some favourite music (my current favourite is the score to the movie Lincoln)and having a mini high tea at home.

They all sound scrumptious, but I'd love to try some Honeycomb Camomile Buds.

I bring the boutique home with some fancy teacups- that and sticking your pinky finger in the air make all the difference!

I would have to pick Cottage Mint Leaves, which sounds so beautifully quaint and delicate and perfect for a quiet afternoon tea shared between close friends. I just adore mint, the flavour AND the colour, and I bring the boutique home with me through a clean, white decor with accents of soft colours like gorgeous mint green. Modern and soft decor is me to a "tea"!

The Vintage Earl Gray sounds lovely for brekky and morning tea, my two tea drinking times of the day. I don't claim to bring the boutique home...mornings are a mad rush so I gulp as I wash dishes or iron...

Earl Grey is my favourite pick me up in the afternoon - I'd love to try it 'vintage' style :-)
I take the boutique to work to get me through the day. I keep an array of gorgeous teas in my drawer - with my china tea cup and infuser, it makes the day far more pleasant.

Vintage Earl Gray for the smoothest rich flavour that adds a little decadence to my dull days and gathers my family together to share tea-cup tales over jam scones and fresh strawberries, enjoying the Spring sun on our backs… pure perfection! And the best way to bring this gorgeous boutique home. With tea and loved-ones. Thanks for the chance! xx
